Xamarin.Forms - Why am I getting "System.NotImplementedException was unhandled by user code"?

This happens when the Scandit.BarcodePicker.Unified was not added to the platform-specific project. Make sure you included the plugin in both the Xamarin.Forms project and the platform-specific ones.
