What kind of warranties/support does Scandit offer for the case? What happens if the case breaks?

Scandit will provide a warranty for one year from the purchase date of the cases. During this time, Scandit will replace cases that break during reasonable usage with an equivalent or superior version of the case at no cost. Broken cases can be returned to Scandit and exchanged for replacements.

Scandit recommends that the customer hold a few replacement cases in inventory to avoid any delays while replacements are being ordered.
